Platform is a "Buy, Renovate and Sell" strategy, sometimes referred to as "fix and flip",

West Hill Portfolio Platform Strategy Overview
Portfolio Platform Investors directly own all units – this is not a fund or comingled pool of money.
Investors maintain a dedicated bank account that they directly own, and all costs and fees are completely transparent.
Purchase residential properties at costs ranging from $100,000 to $400,000.
The target area for acquisitions is Miami‐Dade and Broward counties in Florida.
Seek opportunities where renovations and unit updating will bring significant added value.
Investors generally own multiple units at a time allowing West Hill to diversify their portfolio of assets by price point,
location and scale of work performed.
Actively utilize leverage (arranged for by West Hill) that allows Investors to maximize diversification as well as investment returns.
We target returns of 15%, net of all fees and expenses, for each transaction and have a holding period objective of between 3 to 5 months
from closing. The goal is to turn the portfolio over twice every twelve months and generate annual portfolio returns in excess of 30%,
net of all fees and expenses.
